Each session is individualized and may include sound and vibrational therapies, guided grounding, breathwork, meditation, tuning forks, bowls on and around the body, or quiet rest. No two sessions are exactly alike.

Not at all. Many clients are completely new to this work. You do not need to know how to meditate or “do” anything during a session.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. For group immersions, many people bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, or anything else that helps them feel comfortable.

Some sessions may include light physical touch or instruments placed on or near the body, but consent is always discussed beforehand. You may decline touch at any time.

Experiences vary from person to person. Some people feel deeply relaxed, emotional, grounded, lighter, or mentally quieter afterward. There is no “right” way to experience a session.

Many clients seek this work because they feel overwhelmed, chronically stressed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from their body. While this work is not medical treatment, many people report feeling calmer and more regulated afterward.

Sound immersions are group experiences designed for rest and regulation. One-on-one sessions are more individualized and tailored to your specific needs and goals.

That is completely okay. Many people enter deeply restful states during sessions.

No. The Current Within does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions. These services are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.
