The Experience Behind the Practice

Meet Emily

Emily's approach is rooted in the belief that the body responds best to consistency, safety, and intentional care.

With experience across both wellness and clinical settings, her work blends sound, vibrational, and craniosacral therapies with nervous system awareness to support rest, regulation and reconnection.

Rather than forcing outcomes, sessions are designed to help the body settle, soften chronic stress patterns, and return to its own natural rhythm through steady, supportive care.

Training & Background

Certifications & Training

Emily is a NASM-certified personal trainer with additional training in yoga instruction, breathwork, meditation, and cranial sacral therapy. She holds advanced certification in the SVMT Method — an integrative approach combining somatic awareness, vibration, mindfulness, and trance-informed practices.

Clinical Experience

Emily has worked alongside sports medicine physicians, pain management specialists, podiatrists, and chiropractors, and has served as a medical assistant and X-ray technician. Her practice reflects both clinical exposure and lived experience — she understands how the body is assessed and treated across multiple disciplines.

How She Works

Emily brings a calm, regulated presence to every session. Her approach is observant and structured. When conversation slows, she doesn't rush to fill the silence — she allows space, trusting that clarity often emerges when the body is given time to settle. Clients have room to think, feel, and speak without pressure. Lasting change, in her view, is built through consistency and careful attention — not force.
